Returns & Exchanges

At Tipsy Elves, we want you to love your holiday gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or credit.

Return Process

• 1.
  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu provided.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
